Fast-Cooking Tip 1:    Use Pre-cooked Meats:

In your daily grocery, you must be purchasing roasted turkey and roasted meat. To use them for different recipes, it is necessary to have them in slices form. Rotisserie, half turkey breasts, skinless chicken breasts and whole chickens can be purchased from any super market.  We would suggest you eliminate the skin and cut the piece as per your recipe requirement. Whenever you go to grocery store, try to find seasoned grilled chicken strips. Besides, if you are looking for fish, go for cooked shrimps from the frozen section.

Fast-Cooking Tip 2:    Have a Main Dish Salad:

Main dish salad is supposed to be perfect for summer because the items we use in salad are light, easy to digest and healthy. Just get a bunch of spinach leaves or salad greens and pour them into the bowl and toss them. To add more taste, you can use crumbled blue cheese, walnuts, baby carrots, dried cranberries, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes etc.

Fast-Cooking Tip 3:    Make It Vegetarian:

The best way to save the time of meat portion of your cooking is to avoid eating meaty meals. Most of the vegetarian entrees prepare omelets, vegetarian burgers, vegetarian sandwiches, and roasted vegetables.

There are plenty of options for you in the Trader Joes and Whole Foods Super markets. Exactly, you can purchase vegetarian foods, lean meat, fish items and ethnic cuisine selections and many other items.

Fast-Cooking Tip 5:    Add Some Store-Prepared Gourmet Items:

You can save your kitchen time by purchasing a small amount of gourmet products from Whole Foods markets.  Look for following items:

  • 5.1. Freshly assembled avocado-mango salsa (Best for gourmet style tacos, quesadillas, meat entrees etc).
  • 5.2. Grilled salmon and chicken breast (Best for main dish salads, Mexican-style entrees, pasta dishes etc).
  • 5.3. Roasted vegetables (Best for tacos and vegetarian quesadillas, sandwiches etc).

Fast-Cooking Tip 6:    Whip Up a Stove-Top Meal:

Most of us would love to spend 5 minutes in kitchen for a fresh meal. Get your nonstick frying pan and whip up the following:

  • 6.1.    Sloppy Joes
  • 6.2.    Grilled sandwiches
  • 6.3.    Omelets
  • 6.4.    Fried rice (provided that rice is already cooked)
  • 6.5.    Quesadillas

It is easy to assemble baked potato bar. Pierce each piece of potato with fork and put it in microwave at high temperature. Besides, you should also get ready toppings (fat-free sour cream, shredded reduced-fat cheese, turkey bacon bits, and chopped chives or green onions.

Fast-Cooking Tip 8:    Use Low-Fuss Veggies and Beans:
